Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme

The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) is a voluntary accreditation scheme for fleet operators which aims to raise the level of quality within fleet operations, and to demonstrate which operators are achieving exemplary levels of best practice in safety, efficiency, and environmental protection.

Preparing for your audit at any level, Bronze, Silver or Gold, can very daunting and time consuming. We specialise in helping Operators through the process, whether it be the initial accreditation, reapproval or progression. Our staff have been assisting fleet operators since 2018 and to date we have a 100% pass rate. Our level of assistance varies according to how much suppport you need. If required we can provide full policies and procedures documents along with risk assessments or simply provide a pre audit to assess your current management systems in comparison to the FORS Standard.

* FORS Pre Audit                    

            Run through of your current systems to assess your likelihood of a successful audit.

* Full Support Bronze Packages            

             FORS pre audit, infill of any FORS Policies and Procedures documents which may be missing, creation of a FORS folder which details all of the FORS paperwork in one easy to audit file, group                             eLearning for your drivers, support on the day of the audit. Packages start at £800.00.

* Full Support Silver Packages  

             FORS pre audit, provision of any additional policies, procedures or risk assessments, Noise Assessments, fuel logs, full completion of your online application.  Packages start at £650.00.

* Full Support Gold Pachages                                     

            These are more adhoc and tailored to your individual business requirements. They can include areas such as driver training, assistance with Social Media campaigns, press releases, noise                                    assessments.  Packages start at £800.00

* Ongoing Monthly Support          

            Take the stress out of the annual audits by engaging us on an annual support package. We will monitor your progression throughout the year ensuring that all of the criteria is being met and removing the              need for a last minute panic. It will also spread the cost throughout the year rather than having to find one lump sum. Prices from £100 per month.
